Abtin Steel Technology Company has worked in this project as a consultant, commissioner and technical leader of the operation unit for the direct reduction unit of Pasargad Steel Complex in Shiraz. Pasargad mega-module with a production capacity of 1,700,000 tons of sponge iron per year and with MIDREX technology has commissioned in 2018. There are more than 40,000 man hours of specialized services have been provided by the company’s experts and technicians which the important topics are summarized as follows:

• Providing expert and consulting services related to commissioning and operation
• Cooperation with direct reduction personnel in the implementation of production, maintenance operations
• Transfer of operation experiences to the operating personnel of Pasargad mega-module
• Cooperation in preparing and compiling instructions, operating methods, maintenance
• Promotion the technical knowledge of operation and maintenance personnel
